AMANDA TURNER
ABOUT
Amanda Turner, b. 1980, Cardiff. Currently living and working in Cardiff, South Wales.
Amanda is a self-taught artist who has been honing her oil painting skills for several years. Her independent artistic journey has enabled her to experiment with a variety of techniques and approaches, allowing her to evolve continuously as an artist. While portraiture has been a central focus of her work, she has explored varies subject matters, including abstract and botanical themes. Alongside creating her own collections, Amanda teaches at Beth Morris Workshops, Insole Court, Cardiff, where she enthusiastically shares her love for art and inspires others to explore their creativity.

Workshops and Teaching

Since February 2022, I have regularly held art workshops in various locations around South Wales. In September 2023 I joined the teaching team at Beth Morris Workshops, Insole Court, Llandaff, holding weekly art workshops (ages 7-11, 11-18 and adult classes).
